Lugia, Guardian of the Sea

Well, I felt like drawing more Pokemon stuff, and what better than drawing one of the 2 Legendaries from the Johto region, Lugia.

Note, I have derpped at some places because I was multitasking while I was drawing this, but meh.

I was planning on uploading a drawing of Ho-oh, but the legendary is a pain to draw as of right now, but it will be done, and more likely it'll be the next drawing I upload.
